About The Position

FULLBEAUTY Brands™ is the premier fashion and lifestyle destination for the plus-size customer. We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus-size brands and thousands of products. PROGRAM DETAILS: This is a full-time (36 hours per week), paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure across multiple areas of the business. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain practical, real-world experience in a professional environment. The program allows interns to explore the retail industry while developing a strong understanding of a multi-channel, direct-to-consumer business. Over the course of the 10-week program, interns will participate in meaningful project work that supports day-to-day business operations. In addition to hands-on learning, the program includes executive meet-and-greets, panel discussions, and professional development opportunities, offering valuable insight into leadership perspectives and potential career paths within the organization.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related Field.
  • Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation to take ownership of tasks and seek opportunities for learning and growth.
  • Genuine interest in e-commerce and fashion retail industries, with a desire to learn about industry trends and best practices.
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to extract insights from data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members, present findings, and convey ideas clearly and succinctly.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the E-Commerce department in its daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to rank and sort products based on featured items and A/B test ranking strategies, contributing to optimized product visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct daily audits of the website to ensure high-exposure products are surfaced and attractively presented. Verify correct classification and merchandising standards, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Familiarize yourself with e-commerce strategies and seasonal calendars to comprehend how teams collaborate to drive conversion and traffic to the website, providing valuable insights and support.
  • Pull reports and analyze data on website performance, extracting actionable insights to enhance user experience and drive sales. Make recommendations based on data-driven findings.
  • Attend weekly meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall process involved in delivering exceptional products to our customers. Engage actively and contribute insights to support team objectives.
  • Manage and maintain internal search terms, ensuring accuracy and relevance to improve user experience and streamline navigation. Conduct regular clean-ups to optimize search functionality.
