E-Commerce Inventory Associate - Brooklyn Park, MN - (Full-Time)
About The Position
The E-Commerce Inventory Associate supports item accuracy throughout every stage of the inventory life cycle and contributes to the production, operations, and sales goals of the E-Commerce facility. The role helps generate revenue that supports the organization’s services and programs. The associate processes items through the inventory life cycle, fosters a workplace that promotes employment and a quality participant experience, and supports employee morale and productivity by contributing to a culture of recognition, initiative, and teamwork. The position also follows safety and risk procedures and ensures daily housekeeping standards are met.
Requirements
- Ability to learn inventory software.
- Ability to understand inventory problems and make accurate corrections.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, and customers.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
