About The Position

Force Factor is seeking an E-Commerce Summer Intern for the Summer of 2027. The primary responsibility of this internship is to leverage digital and E-Commerce capabilities to enable growth for the Force Factor Brand. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Interns will actively contribute to the company’s growth while benefiting from hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development. The internship program is based in the Seaport District of Boston, and interns will work on impactful projects that directly influence the brand’s progress.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution.
  • Open to all undergraduate students, from first-year students to seniors.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e., work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze sales data, website metrics, and user behavior using tools such as Excel and other e-commerce analytics platforms.
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills to work cross-functionally with various departments.
  • A performance-focused, results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve results.
  • Ownership mentality, self-motivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily audits of Amazon product display pages to ensure they are active, accurate, and optimized for customer engagement.
  • Support Amazon Prime Day planning and execution, including training team members and monitoring product pages.
  • Analyze competitor performance on platforms like iHerb and Amazon, examining sales data, product detail pages (PDPs), and advertising strategies.
  • Maintain and update the product catalog across marketplaces and websites.
  • Participate in monthly meetings with online retail partners to facilitate communication and problem-solving.
  • Attend daily huddles to maintain communication with the internal team and provide updates on e-commerce activities.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on key projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude to support research, data synthesis, content drafting, brainstorming, and identifying AI application opportunities.
