About The Position

Responsible for total warehouse cleanliness and appearance, inside and out. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, dusting, shampooing carpets, and sanitizing. The role also involves maintaining employee breakroom cleanliness, monitoring plumbing, installing/replacing dispensers, emptying garbage and cardboard, and maintaining custodial equipment. Adherence to company policies and Pharmacy Fulfillment Center guidelines is required. The position is in a fast-paced office and warehouse setting and involves exposure to noise, temperature extremes, dampness, dirt, and chemicals/solvents.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old.
Ability to solve practical problems with a variety of variables and limited standardization.
Ability to interpret instructions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions.
Ability to write identifying information.
Ability to request supplies verbally or in writing.
No education or experience requirements.
Must be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Visual requirements include vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision.
Must be able to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Maintains the confidentiality of the customer’s private medical information according to the HIPAA Act.
Has access to confidential information including employee records and wages.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre employment drug screen.

Auditing invoices for correctness (where applicable).

Responsibilities

Maintaining employee breakroom cleanliness and sanitation.
Monitoring plumbing and fixtures and notifying supervisors as needed.
Installing and replacing paper towel and soap dispensers.
Emptying garbage and cardboard into designated areas.
Responsible for custodial equipment maintenance.
Adhering to company policies and individual Pharmacy Fulfillment Center guidelines.
Reporting to work when scheduled and on time.
Assisting in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
Performing other job-related duties and special projects as required.
