Supported by a team of professionals skilled in design, sourcing, production, sales, marketing & distribution of premium quality children’s wear, Haddad distributes globally to 100+ countries and maintains sales and sourcing offices in 22 cities globally, including New York, Paris, Hilversum, Shanghai, Egypt, Bangkok, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, London and Montreal. The E-commerce Flats Photographer Lead will manage the daily execution of off-model (flat lay) product photography according to established styling guidelines, while also troubleshooting workflow issues and setting standards for new product categories as they arrive.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a photography, studio production, or content creation role (eCommerce preferred)
  • Strong understanding of styling and photographing products for eCommerce presentation
  • Familiarity with flat lay techniques, garment handling, and basic prep (steaming, folding, pinning)
  • Experience with digital cameras, capture software, or studio tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to guide others
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in setting and maintaining visual standards
  • Proficiency with file naming, uploading, and maintaining digital asset consistency
  • Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners’ products and set them apart from their competitors

Responsibilities

  • Photograph off-model apparel, accessories, socks, and bags according to brand guidelines
  • Organize and prep your own racks of product, including basic steaming and folding as needed
  • Ensure consistent lighting, positioning, and composition across all product categories
  • Train and mentor entry-level team members on studio workflows, product prep, camera use, and file management
  • Help define styling and photography approaches for new product categories not yet covered in the style guide
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and escalate technical issues when needed
  • Monitor daily output across the team and support meeting production goals
  • Provide quality control feedback and flag inconsistencies in styling or imagery
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support equipment upkeep
  • Special projects as assigned
