E-Commerce Customer Service
About The Position
This Part-Time position will work 20 hours a week 9 am to 1pm. This role supports our E Commerce platform Pantryful by fulfilling and processing orders in our warehouse. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services. Processes invoices, supplying necessary data to accounting or other appropriate department for payment and recordkeeping. Picks and packs orders for shipment. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Attention to detail and ability to mutitask Ability to navigate in a warehouse environment Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
