Requirements

  • Greet callers sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer.
  • Provide product and website support to online customers.
  • Take orders by phone.
  • Investigate package issues and find solutions to customer problems.
  • Compose customer correspondence – email, social media, live chat.
  • Collaborate with couriers and other company departments to resolve order issues.
  • Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, on-site in Davenport, IA.
