About The Position

To assist in the overall operation of the Retail E-Commerce Department. This role involves performing various job responsibilities to maximize online sales in all of the ecommerce departments, including sorting, photographing, listing, inventorying, packaging, and shipping items. The position also requires providing excellent customer service both internally and externally, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and complying with all Agency policies, procedures, and safety standards to meet regulatory requirements. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be skilled with Windows PC and Internet knowledgeable.
• Must be able to multi-task, and work both rapidly and efficiently.
• Must be able to use a pallet jack.
• Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.
• Customer Service Oriented with a pleasant disposition.
• Must be able to work independently with little direct supervision as well as have the ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
• Must be able to follow through with projects and assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Uncompromising ethics and integrity.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must have some computer skills and be able to learn basic computer functions.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to operations.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, HIPAA, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
