Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
able to research information online, through multiple websites
type at least 40 words per minute
communicate effectively, both written and verbally
listen to and follow instructions
ability to use basic math skills
bend, stoop, reach, and twist, lift, push, pull and move items up to 40 pounds
able to stand for long periods of time
may have to occasionally work outdoors where temperatures and climate can fluctuate

E-bay, Amazon or other online marketplace experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Great customer service skills.
The e-Commerce Associate will work in all areas of the e-Commerce department and must be able to work both independently as well as within a team environment.
The e-Commerce Associate will perform various tasks to prepare and list items online and fulfill orders.
