About The Position

We're looking for an E-Billing Manager to co-lead and co-manage our firm's e-billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Requirements

  • Proficiency with Elite 3e billing software - This is essential for co-managing our e-billing platforms and ensuring accuracy throughout the billing cycle.
  • Strong knowledge of legal billing practices - You must be familiar with legal billing practices and compliance requirements, ensuring timely and precise invoicing.
  • Leadership experience - You'll co-lead a team of client billing specialists, so experience managing, motivating, and guiding a team is crucial.
  • Exceptional communication skills - Whether you're liaising with attorneys, clients, or internal departments, clear and effective communication is key to resolving issues and building strong relationships.
  • Analytical and organizational abilities - From preparing billing reports to identifying opportunities for improvement, your problem-solving skills will drive efficiency and optimize the billing process.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools - You'll be using these skills to track revenue, analyze trends, and present detailed financial insights.
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of billing experience, preferably within a law firm environment.
