We are looking to hire an E Banking Specialist I to support the daily operations and ongoing success of Rockland Trust's electronic banking services. This position focuses on ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of electronic banking processes and systems. Responsibilities include assisting with all phases of Electronic Banking operations, including but not limited to Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing, Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Positive Pay services. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal departments and external customers, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and supporting the bank's electronic banking initiatives.
