About The Position

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Expert / Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in delivering end-to-end solutions for our clients. If there is interest on teamlead too this can be considered to start the application for the teamlead role too. In this role, you will combine functional expertise, solution design, and team leadership to ensure high-quality project delivery and long-term customer success. You will work on full lifecycle implementations, from pre-sales and design to deployment and optimization, while supporting and mentoring a team of consultants.

Requirements

  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics AX
  • Strong knowledge of Operations modules (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.)
  • Experience working on end-to-end ERP implementation projects
  • Understanding of the importance of clear, concise documentation
  • Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services) is required
  • Experience delivering demos, trainings, and facilitating workshops
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French
  • Driven, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented team player

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in leading or mentoring a team is a strong plus
  • Dynamics certifications are a plus; willingness to obtain them is important
  • Experience in multi-country or complex transformation programs
  • Knowledge of integration with other Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, etc.)
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to end-to-end D365 F&O implementations (analysis, design, build, test, deploy, support)
  • Translate business requirements into functional solutions and system configurations
  • Design scalable and efficient business processes within Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Validate solutions through testing, user acceptance support, and go-live readiness
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and/or Operations modules)
  • Advise clients on best practices, standard functionalities, and process improvements
  • Configure and optimize modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or others
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation (functional designs, processes, UAT scenarios)
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and estimations
  • Understand client needs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Provide guidance and coaching to functional consultants and analysts
  • Act as a go-to person within the team for complex functional topics
  • Review team deliverables and ensure consistency and quality standards
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability development within the team
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure functional and technical alignment
  • Ensure proper usage of Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS)
  • Support continuous improvement of internal methodologies and delivery frameworks
