Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading Dynamics 365 Business Central or ERP implementations within complex, international organisations.
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of Business Central, including finance and supply chain modules.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure services and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to analyse business processes, define system requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Experience governing and overseeing third-party delivery partners within structured governance frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform to maximise value across finance, supply chain and operational processes.
  • Shaping and maintaining the Business Central roadmap in alignment with JM IT strategy and future business needs.
  • Designing and leading the delivery and global rollout of new Business Central capabilities, ensuring scalability and adoption.
  • Acting as the subject matter lead for Business Central, providing functional and technical direction across modules and integrations.
  • Providing governance and quality assurance over internal and third-party solution design and delivery.
  • Supporting operational excellence through issue resolution, testing coordination, documentation and user adoption activities.
