As a Dynamics 365 CI Solution Lead, you will help drive our goals by: Leading the continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform to maximise value across finance, supply chain and operational processes. Shaping and maintaining the Business Central roadmap in alignment with JM IT strategy and future business needs. Designing and leading the delivery and global rollout of new Business Central capabilities, ensuring scalability and adoption. Acting as the subject matter lead for Business Central, providing functional and technical direction across modules and integrations. Providing governance and quality assurance over internal and third-party solution design and delivery. Supporting operational excellence through issue resolution, testing coordination, documentation and user adoption activities.
