About The Position

Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Dynamic Targeting and Intelligence Integration SETA to support an innovative program office. You will support program execution, stakeholder integration, and technology transition activities while bridging advanced technology development with Intelligence Community priorities. This position will evaluate adversary industrial base trends, oversee contract execution, coordinate with Joint Force and national agency partners, and prepare and deliver executive-level program briefings. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, analytical, strategic, or related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant operational or technical experience in military intelligence, dynamic targeting, or national security program support.
  • Formal training or operational qualification in Joint Targeting, Weaponeering, and Combat Assessment, such as Joint Targeting School or equivalent.
  • Experience with dynamic system targeting concepts and nodal approaches, including counter-C5ISR, counter-logistics, or counter-terrorist network applications.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a liaison to the Intelligence Community and integrating national-level intelligence priorities into operational or technical projects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to translate complex intelligence and technical concepts for senior defense decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to respond effectively to urgent, time-sensitive requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • U.S. Citizen required.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Policy Analysis, Economics, or a related field.
  • Direct experience with research and development project management, technology demonstrations, or transition planning with organizations such as OSD, SCO and Combatant Commands.
  • Background as a military Intelligence Officer with weapons and tactics expertise, such as USAF Weapons School or USN/USMC Weapons and Tactics Instructor experience.
  • Familiarity with modern analytic methodologies, including OSINT research pipelines, quantitative data analytics, or AI/LLM applications for threat modeling and simulation.
  • Knowledge of counter-C5ISRT, space/counter-space operations, and contested-environment operational concepts.
  • Mission-focused mindset with enthusiasm for high-impact work and clear, concise, direct communication.
  • Active SAP Clearance preferred.
