Requirements

10+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related technology leadership roles
Significant experience operating in a senior leadership capacity with responsibility for enterprise priorities, team leadership, and cross-functional influence
Proven success leading and developing teams responsible for data engineering, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence capabilities
Experience working within retail, wholesale, or other consumer-facing organizations with complex operational environments
Strong understanding of data governance, reporting strategy, analytics enablement, and enterprise decision support
Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders, align investments, and deliver measurable business outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required

Advanced degree preferred
Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience leading enterprise data and analytics transformation initiatives
Background building or scaling data governance, data engineering, reporting, and analytics operating models
Experience supporting retail or omni-channel business functions through data-driven insights and decision support

Responsibilities

Define and lead the enterprise data and analytics strategy, roadmap, and priorities across key business functions
Oversee teams responsible for data engineering, reporting, analytics, and related capabilities, ensuring strong leadership, development, and performance management
Partner with senior leaders across the organization to identify opportunities where data and insights can improve decision-making, business performance, and customer outcomes
Ensure the organization has scalable, reliable, and actionable data, reporting, and analytics capabilities that support operational, strategic, and executive needs
Lead prioritization and investment decisions across the data and analytics portfolio, balancing innovation, business demand, and long-term platform health
Establish strong governance around data quality, ownership, standards, and access to support consistency, compliance, and trust in enterprise data
Drive alignment across data, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions in a fast-paced retail environment
