About The Position
Horizon Veterinary Specialists is seeking 3rd or 4th-year veterinary students for an externship opportunity. This externship is designed for compassionate, team-oriented, and communicative students looking to gain real-world experience and enhance their education. Horizon Veterinary Specialists is a privately owned, rapidly growing emergency and specialty hospital in Ventura, California, founded by board-certified veterinarians dedicated to positive change in the veterinary community. The facility is state-of-the-art, with a focus on a positive, inclusive, and educational culture. The emergency and critical care team provides 24/7 services to small animal patients and has access to internal medicine services six days a week.
Requirements
- Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
