About The Position
Dragonfly Health is hiring a Durable Medical Equipment Delivery Driver in Richmond, Virginia. The company provides durable medical equipment and pharmacy services for hospice and post-acute care patients. In this role, you will deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment in patients’ homes and healthcare facilities. You will provide timely and accurate deliveries, offer exceptional customer service, and educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment. The role contributes to patient well-being by helping provide life-sustaining medical equipment and related solutions.
Requirements
- At least six months of exceptional customer care experience.
- Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents.
- Applicants between 21 and 25 years old must demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record, with no at-fault accidents or moving violations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and/or on-call when required.
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach and interest in helping others.

- Prior delivery experience.
