About The Position

Dragonfly Health is hiring a Durable Medical Equipment Delivery Driver in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The role delivers, sets up, maintains, and troubleshoots medical equipment in patients’ homes and healthcare facilities. The driver provides timely, accurate deliveries and exceptional customer service, and educates patients, caregivers, and family members on equipment use. DME Technicians help provide life-sustaining medical equipment and pharmaceutical solutions that support patients’ well-being.

Requirements

• At least six months of exceptional customer care experience.
• Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents.
• Applicants ages 21–25 must demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record, with no at-fault accidents or moving violations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and/or on-call when required.

• Prior delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients’ homes and healthcare facilities.
• Ensure deliveries are timely and accurate while providing exceptional customer service.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment.
