About The Position

Dragonfly Health is seeking a Durable Medical Equipment Delivery Driver in Chesapeake, Virginia. The role supports the company’s care-at-home DME and pharmacy services by delivering, setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical equipment in patients’ homes and healthcare facilities. The driver provides timely, accurate deliveries and helps patients, caregivers, and family members learn how to use the equipment properly. DME Technicians contribute to patient well-being by providing life-sustaining medical equipment and related solutions.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer care and a compassionate approach.
• Team-oriented and passionate about making a difference in others’ lives.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and/or on-call when required.
• Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Prior delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients’ homes and healthcare facilities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment.
