About The Position

Dragonfly Health is hiring a Durable Medical Equipment Delivery Driver in San Marcos, Texas. The role supports patients receiving hospice and post-acute care by delivering, setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical equipment in patients’ homes and healthcare facilities. The driver provides timely, accurate deliveries and educates patients, caregivers, and family members on equipment use. DME Technicians help provide life-sustaining medical equipment and pharmaceutical solutions and contribute to patients’ well-being.

Requirements

• At least six months of exceptional customer care experience.
• Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents.
• Applicants between 21 and 25 years old must demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record, with no at-fault accidents or moving violations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and/or on-call when required.
• Compassionate, passionate team player who cares about making a difference in others’ lives.

• Prior delivery experience.
