This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all front and back of house areas in the outlet, adhering to department and hotel policies and cashiering procedures. The attendant will relay any guest compliments and complaints to the Manager, bake donuts, and maintain knowledge of all menu items and other pertinent information regarding the outlet(s). Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with the city and state health department codes. Maintains cleanliness of counters, beverage dispensing units, merchandising display cabinets and shelves, floors, and dining room tables/condiment areas. Collects all soiled pots, pans, serving utensils, washes and restacks on shelves. Responsible for all removal of garbage and refuse. Knows sanitation guidelines. Other Duties as assigned.
