About The Position

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Dunkin Cashier I to provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests at its quick-service restaurant. The role supports a convenient dining experience for travelers and helps ensure they return to the road better than they came. Team members work in a customer-service-focused environment and contribute to food quality, cleanliness, and efficient restaurant operations. The position involves serving customers, processing transactions, prioritizing work according to kitchen and dining needs, maintaining equipment, and following food safety procedures. Other job-related duties may be assigned. The role may involve exposure to outdoor elements, loud noise, fumes, particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and substances such as dirt, grease, oil, gas, and concentrated cleaning solutions. Requirements

Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) knowledge preferred.
Previous food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve each customer courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude.
Provide quality food and maintain a clean restaurant environment for guests.
Process customer transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) register.
Prioritize work according to kitchen and dining guest needs.
Maintain equipment according to operating standards.

Establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers.
