About The Position

This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. Applicants will be considered for any general production opening. These openings require standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, shoveling, climbing stairs and ladders up to 60 feet, bending, stretching, reaching, working in extreme hot, cold, inclement weather, and odors. Must be able to use basic hand tools and perform basic mechanical and maintenance functions. Maintain clean work area by use of soap and high pressure hose. Must be able to read and complete required logs. Must be able to communicate with supervisor and co-workers via two-way radio. May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. May be required to operate frontend loader or forklift and will be required to obtain certification to do so. Requirements

Must have completed 90 day probationary period.
Must have no more than 6 attendance points and no disciplinary action within the past 6 months.
Standing for long periods of time.
Lifting up to 50 pounds.
