About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. We are seeking a safety-focused Dump Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations by transporting materials safely and efficiently while maintaining our commitment to operational excellence and customer service.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL/Class 1 or equivalent, as required).
Proven ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Ability to conduct vehicle inspections and recognize mechanical concerns.
Reliable, customer-focused professional with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

Safely transport aggregate and construction materials to customer and company locations.
Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain required documentation.
Follow all company safety policies, transportation regulations, and site procedures.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel to coordinate deliveries.
Report equipment maintenance needs and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
