About The Position
APTIM Federal Services, LLC team has several projects at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, San Francisco, CA. The projects will investigate, excavate, and restore properties that have environmentally and radiologically impacted soil; restore the shoreline and construct seawalls in support of the redevelopment of the San Francisco Bay waterfront. We are seeking a construction workforce who are up to the operational challenges of these high profile and critically important projects. These projects pay the Federal prevailing wage scale (Davis-Bacon Act).
Requirements
- Possess proper state required driver's license and successfully pass DMV audits
- Dependable transportation and cell phone service
- Have acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Minimum 3 years' relevant construction experience and live locally (daily commute) to Hunter's Point.

- Current OSHA HAZWOPER training.
Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks and water trucks in a safe and proficient manner
- Ensure proper maintenance and fueling of vehicles
- Maintain daily documentation of inspections and other required paperwork.
- Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
- Perform other duties, including periodic labor, as required.
