About The Position

Advanced Concrete, Inc. is seeking a dependable Dump Truck Driver to join their growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position offering steady work, competitive pay, and a supportive company culture. The driver will be responsible for hauling aggregates, materials, and debris to and from plants and job sites, playing a key role in the smooth operation of the concrete business. The company emphasizes quality, reliability, teamwork, and safety, and has been serving Southern Wisconsin since 1988.

Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL (Class A is a plus)
• Clean driving record
• Dump truck or heavy truck experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Safely hauling sand, gravel, stone, dirt, and other materials
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Following dispatch schedules and delivery routes
• Working closely with dispatch, plant operators, and customers
• Completing delivery tickets and required paperwork
• Keeping your truck clean and reporting maintenance needs
• Following all DOT regulations and company safety standards
