Duct Cleaning Crew Leader

Green Home Solutions of Mount AiryMount Airy, MD
$25 - $28Onsite

About The Position

Green Home Solutions of Central Maryland is building a dedicated duct-cleaning team and needs an experienced professional to lead it. You do not need to arrive NADCA certified. If you have hands-on air-duct-cleaning experience, mechanical ability, and leadership potential, we will pay for your training and examination to earn the NADCA Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) certification. This is an opportunity to do more than clean ductwork. You will help establish our processes, train a second crew member, maintain quality standards, and grow into the leader of an important service division. Green Home Solutions of Central Maryland helps homeowners address indoor-air-quality, moisture, mold, and odor concerns. Our services include assessments and testing, mold remediation, crawlspace solutions, dehumidification, air purification, and related indoor-air-quality improvements. Our values are Mutual Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Transparency, and Healthy Competitiveness. We want someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates honestly, treats people respectfully, and wants to grow professionally. You will be helping build a professional duct-cleaning operation within an established indoor-air-quality company—not joining a rushed, high-pressure sales operation.
