Requirements

Experience running a duct cleaning machine.
Strong customer rapport-building skills.
A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Great communication—you’re positive, friendly, and helpful.
Reliability—your teammates and customers can count on you.
Confidence to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

Visit 1–2 customers per day and provide excellent service.
Clean ductwork and dryer vents to improve air quality.
Handle minor ductwork repairs.
Educate customers on indoor air quality (IAQ) products that fit their needs.
Mentor and train other technicians interested in residential duct cleaning.
