Requirements

  • Program level architecture for duck creek solutions
  • Design consultation for multiapplication impact solution and architecture level reviews
  • Partnership with other enterprise architects to derive solutions for targeted architecture
  • Assess platform level impact for enterprise projects
  • Create a service roadmap and define service offerings
  • Detailed coordination of program level and project level technical activities across Capgemini and Progressive work streams
  • Partnership with Program and Project Managers on risk/issue mitigation and identify/manage program resource needs on technical roles
  • Periodic retrospective of defects/production issues and suggest process changes or improvements
  • Final executive authority for all technical aspects
  • Create architecture scope definition, construction, and execution
  • Design and develop cost-effective solutions that meet functional, technical, and performance requirements
  • Create reusable and scalable solutions
  • Map requirements to impacted applications
  • Review and identify gaps in existing solutions and suggest alternatives
  • Provide technical leadership to project resources and the client to meet project deadlines and ensure project objectives are met
  • Identify, clarify, and resolve system development and maintenance activity issues and risks, escalating them as needed
  • Review technical documentation to verify compliance with client requirements and established architectural standards and guidelines
  • Provide inputs to test strategy and test authoring for end-to-end projects
