About The Position
We are hiring a Duck Creek Architect to join our client remotely! This is a Permanent position based out of Chicago, IL. This is a fully remote position.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Architecture and Duck Creek experience
- Advanced with Duck Creek OnDemand
- Experienced across Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations
- Experience supporting highly customized Duck Creek environments
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting in cloud environments
- Experience with .NET/C# development
- Ability to successfully work 100% Remote (CST/EST hours preferred)
Responsibilities
- Architect solutions across Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims platforms
- Define and document integrations between enterprise applications and core insurance systems
- Design APIs, services, and messaging patterns that support business capabilities
- Evaluate architectural tradeoffs and recommend scalable long-term solutions
- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
- Create architecture documentation, diagrams, API specifications, and design artifacts
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple initiatives and teams
- Participate in solution reviews and establish reusable architecture standards and patterns
