About The Position

The Dual Site Store Manager reports to the General Manager of Retail Sales and Operations and collaborates with Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Senior Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Human Resources, Marketing, Production, IT, Maintenance, and members of the Operations Team. This role ensures operational alignment, consistency, and performance across two retail locations. The Dual Site Store Manager owns the operational, financial, and people performance of two dispensary locations. This role is accountable for sales execution, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and leadership development. Success is defined by consistent performance across both locations and the ability for each store to operate effectively with or without the Manager’s physical presence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of retail or hospitality management experience, with multi-site leadership strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, develop leaders, and operate in regulated environments.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, 8 – 10 hours multiple days in a row
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a confined area.
  • Must be able to bend/stoop/climb/reach
  • Must be able to present complex information to groups of people
  • Must be able to be physically present in the wholesale locations and administrative office
  • Ability to handle high stress situations, ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Must be able to tolerate a reasonable amount of work stress

Responsibilities

  • Owns day-to-day operational performance for two dispensary locations and ensures consistent execution of SOPs, compliance standards, and brand expectations.
  • Drives sales performance by executing company strategies, promotions, and customer experience standards across both locations.
  • Manages labor to budget, aligning schedules to traffic patterns, sales demand, and productivity targets.
  • Ensures inventory accuracy through daily audits, cycle counts, reconciliations, and timely discrepancy resolution.
  • Maintains strict adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance requirements and leads corrective action when risks arise.
  • Develops and maintains a strong leadership bench by training CSRs to open, close, manage cash, oversee inventory, coach and guide Senior CSRs to lead shifts independently.
  • Holds CSRs and senior CSRs accountable to performance expectations and operational standards.
  • Uses KPI reporting and operational data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensures consistent visual merchandising, promotional execution, and marketing alignment across both locations.
  • Communicates proactively with the General Manager regarding performance results, risks, staffing gaps, and improvement opportunities.
