About The Position

As the Sales Coordinator, you will have the pivotal role of supporting the daily operations of the sales team to ensure they meet the hotel’s financial goals. You will also act as the liaison between the hotel’s sales and operations team, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in a hotel is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a necessity.
  • A strong sense of organization and attention to detail and a natural ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for guest services.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and distribute various sales reports and statistical analysis.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless execution of a group's stay.
  • Meets with clients as needed.
  • Conducts tours of the hotel and banquet facilities.
  • Create and manage booking links to streamline the guest experience
  • Maintain and update rooming lists with precision and care
  • Track group pickup and assist with forecasting and revenue optimization
  • Ensure all booking details are accurate within systems like Stay PMS and Salesforce
  • Deliver timely, professional communication to both clients and internal team
