About The Position

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time dual Rate Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisors to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisor, you will oversee assigned table games to ensure integrity is maintained, procedures are followed, and superior guest service is provided. Please note that this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Minimum of 1 years of professional gaming dealing experience required
• Have standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in various types of table games
• Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor dealers and protect the integrity of games
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents
• Greet guests appropriately, resolve complaints, and answer any questions about game information
• Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations on hourly team members
• Control the pace of the game and determine winners and losers according to game rules
• Inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays by guests
• Deal all assigned table games
