About The Position

The Dual Rate Surveillance Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and managing surveillance operations during assigned shifts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. This position is responsible for leading a team of surveillance analysts, coordinating workflow, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency in monitoring activities. The supervisor ensures that all surveillance data is reviewed thoroughly to detect and report any suspicious or non-compliant activities promptly. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to support investigations and improve surveillance processes. Ultimately, the Dual Rate Surveillance Shift Supervisor ensures the integrity and security of operations through effective leadership and vigilant oversight.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in surveillance, compliance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and surveillance methodologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills are essential for reviewing surveillance data and identifying potential issues quickly and accurately.
• Communication skills are used daily to provide clear instructions, feedback, and reports to team members and other departments.
• Organizational skills help in managing shift schedules, documentation, and workflow to maintain continuous and efficient surveillance operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business administration, or related field.
• Experience with surveillance software and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Certification in compliance or security management (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional).

Responsibilities

• Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate coverage to maintain continuous surveillance operations.
