Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; at least one year of supervisory experience requires.
Professional Dealing experience required.
Must have game knowledge in Mini Bac, Black Jack, Craps, and Roullette.
Must be able to perform more than one task at a time.
Comfortable with bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, and standing throughout the duration of the shift; Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
Outstanding communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

Exchanges paper currency for playing chips.
Checks accuracy of table bank inventory, marker, and table fill and table Credit documents.
keep track and record buy-ins, wins, losses, and bet amounts in compliance with established Pit procedures.
Collects and replaces Casino Chips as needed.
Review playing cards prior to guest playing.
Promotes outstanding customer and team member relations.
Ensure the initiation of fills and credits to tables.
Ensures tables are opened and closed in designed areas based off business demands.
