Only for candidates who are externally hired and must reside up to 50 miles away from the Tampa property. This position is responsible for dealing an assigned game in accordance with established policy and procedures. This position is also responsible for attending all mandatory training for games offered at Tampa Hard Rock. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Responsible for customer satisfaction and enjoyment on a particular assigned table game Conducts assigned game with respect to Seminole Gaming’s Compliance and regulations and procedures Those offered Part Time Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor will be scheduled to work (3) Floor Supervisor and (2) Dealer shifts for the first (4) weeks for training purposes. Afterwards, you will be scheduled as a Floor Supervisor in rotation with all Dual Rate team members.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Class III gaming environment as a Table Games dealer required.
  • Must proficiently deal a minimum of three carnival games(not including Casino War), Blackjack and Mini Bacc
  • Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited Gaming School or equivalent, must be able to deal two primary games with a high level of proficiency and must possess excellent customer service and talent relation skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Seminole Gaming’s employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment.
  • These background checks may include, but are not limited to: Credit Check Criminal Background Check Drug Screen
