As a Dual Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Therapist, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals experiencing mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. You will work collaboratively with clients to assess behavioral health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that support recovery, stability, and overall wellness. This position provides integrated treatment services that address both mental health and substance use concerns through individual, group, and family psychotherapy. The role requires strong clinical assessment skills, knowledge of co-occurring disorders, crisis intervention abilities, and familiarity with evidence-based practices for both mental health and addiction treatment populations. The therapist must demonstrate empathy, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary treatment teams and community providers.
