About The Position

As a Dual Director of Sales, you bring high-energy, customer-centric focus and drive/hunger to the total sales efforts of the hotel. In other words, you get paid to make relationships! Requirements

3+ years hotel sales within major brands and/or 3+ years non-hotel, proven sales leadership experience.
Ability to learn systems technology.
Displays a magnitude of professionalism, being your best-self.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills a must.
Systems Proficiency : Delphi FDC, Profit Sword and Hospitality (Brand) Systems

Responsibilities

Grow and maintain relationships with key clients to produce topline business, including room, food & beverage, and catering/banquet revenues.
Strategize, implement, and accomplish quarterly sales plans.
Work in partnership with Regional Sales, Revenue and Operation teams forecasting & budgeting revenue and expenses.
Lead and partner with operational departments relating to all sales outcomes.
Champion brand and company reputation, cultivating relationships with local community groups, companies, entertain and/or travel to events to generate business.
Proactively conduct sales blitzes, outside sales, inside sales, and/or new conversations to spark new leads.
Be a closer! Negotiate, flex, adopt, maximize, optimize to close business.
