About The Position

GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing. This role is responsible for the timely and qualitative completion of order fulfillment, ensuring that assigned order fulfillment functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures, that quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded, and that related documentation is accurate and complete. The position requires utilizing a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, producing quality items. The DTF Printer operates direct to film equipment according to specifications listed on written/printed orders, matches customer orders to materials in terms of style, color, and size, and has the flexibility to rotate between departments and jobs on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities include organizing orders daily into top priorities, updating templates using Adobe Illustrator with names, dates, and colors according to notes on orders, and running, adjusting, and troubleshooting production equipment and machinery. The role also involves being a team player by assisting and supporting other coworkers as needed, keeping management informed of area activities and any significant concerns, identifying problems and providing suggestions, and performing production satisfactorily in accordance with company productivity and quality requirements. The position demands the ability to work at a fast pace, experiment, and show a level of independent creativity.

Requirements

  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on his/her feet most of the shift.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
  • Quality-minded
  • Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.

Responsibilities
