This position is responsible for the business, financial and customer service activities of the site. Responsibilities include managing business decisions, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, capital expenditures, and payroll. The role also involves assisting in budget preparation, establishing priorities, long-term planning, and directing work methods to meet company goals. The Site Manager must manage customer contracts, operational and administrative activities, personnel assignments, performance evaluations, hiring, and career development. They serve as the company's representative, conducting regular relationship meetings with contract customers to ensure satisfaction and quality, and to foster future sales. This includes managing multiple relationships at the corporate level. The role requires conducting monthly staff meetings, motivating employees, maintaining morale, and ensuring timely employee reviews and adherence to training programs. The Site Manager is responsible for monitoring the company's Quality program, ensuring compliance with safety laws and regulations (OSHA, state, local), and coordinating safety matters. Maintaining site morale and customer satisfaction by keeping the customer and company interests in mind is crucial. Additional duties may be assigned by management. The ability to work a flexible schedule is also required.
