This position follows a compressed work week schedule consisting of two and a half days on-duty followed by four days off. The schedule includes two 16-hour shifts, each with an 8-hour sleep break on-site in a designated staff bedroom, and one 8-hour shift. During your designated sleep hours, you may occasionally be needed to support the client. When this occurs, you will clock in for the time spent providing support and clock out once the situation has been addressed. Assures the health, safety and welfare of the person receiving services. Provides individual supports consistent with each person’s individual needs, preferences and values. Provides assistance and support to individuals receiving services to include implementation of service and support plan.
