Conduct DSP operational audits and compliance reviews. Lead DSP training programs and operational policy communication. Manage DSP performance evaluations and ranking systems. Implement underperformance management and elimination processes when necessary. Support DSP pricing management, rate evaluation, and operational cost control. Monitor customer service quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, safety, and finance teams to optimize DSP management processes. Support peak season DSP capacity planning and operational stability.
