About The Position

Hiossen, a leading global manufacturer of dental implants and equipment, is seeking a DSO Director to build and maintain strong relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and government organizations. This role involves conducting market research, developing strategic plans for key accounts, leading client interactions, and collaborating with internal teams. The DSO Director will also be responsible for contract negotiations, industry engagement, and reporting to the South Korean headquarters. This is a 100% on-site position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within the healthcare field.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience working with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) or similar organizations.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and develop actionable, strategic plans.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear client-facing solutions.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for account management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • High competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and government organizations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Conduct thorough research on the dental platform’s product portfolio.
  • Analyze sales volume by customer and leverage this data to develop and execute a strategic plan.
  • Develop and implement tailored strategic plans for key accounts to achieve sales targets, drive growth, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead regular business reviews with clients, identifying needs, addressing concerns, and providing optimal solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams such as sales and marketing to ensure products and services align with customer needs and expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Actively participate in corporate committees, provide feedback based on market data and trends, and represent the organization at events and trade shows related to DSO matters.
  • Maintain regular communication with the South Korean headquarters on DSO-related issues, ensuring alignment and updates on progress.
