About The Position

This role executes warehouse operations focusing on service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, and legal compliance. The supervisor will collaborate with internal and external business partners, including third-party logistics vendors, to ensure effective management and timely solutions. Key responsibilities include inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), monitoring interfaces, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), support for tenders, third-party performance management, and pallet management.

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with Excel.
Enjoys team work.
Analytical thinking.
Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.

Nice To Haves

Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function in general.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system.
Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance, and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures.
Work with service providers to ensure timely and complete delivery of trading partners, adhering to quality and HACCP guidelines.
Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life management, support reduction of write-offs, and improve productivities.
Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, including continuous improvement projects, tenders, and peak management.
Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks, and opportunities.
