About The Position

DSD Driver (Non-CDL) Cottonwood is seeking dedicated and safety-focused individuals to join our delivery team. As a DSD Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of fresh products to our valued customers, including Holiday Oil Company C-stores and independent businesses.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• At least 2 years of safe driving experience (CDL not required).
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Comfortable working in multiple temperature environments, including refrigerated areas.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Functional use of English for reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks daily with fresh orders from Cottonwood Warehouse and Dunford Donuts.
• Deliver orders to customers across Utah, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
• Check in products with customers, record discrepancies accurately, and issue memos as needed.
• Rotate products on store shelves to maintain proper freshness.
• Pick up and return empty totes/crates to the warehouse.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance.
• Collaborate with store management to provide exceptional service.
• Comply with safety protocols, including monitoring by an onboard camera system.
