About The Position

In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to understand the evolutions of the Digital Supply Chain tools. You will consider impacts, risks, and feedback to determine industry best practices, and will update or contribute to the update of governance and guidance, training materials, and Supply Chain work processes. Your insights on end-user adoption will help Program Management ensure Digital Supply Chain tools are meeting requirements. This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
Extensive knowledge of vendor materials, tools, consumables and safety material commonly utilized during construction.
Experience in receiving documentation paperwork requirements.
Strong automation skills, ability to learn new applications quickly including DSCS.
Working knowledge of material storage and handling of equipment.
Knowledge and understanding of field purchasing functions.
Experience in rental agreements and administration.
Experience in work packaging materials for construction planning.
Proficient in organizing tasks for completion by an agreed deadline.
Good oral and written communication

Delivers updated Supply Chain work processes and procedures relative to execution of Digital Supply Chain and in alignment with overall Supply Chain Governances and instructions
