About The Position

The Drywaller safely performs carpentry, drywall, and related tasks on construction sites. This role is responsible for high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and supporting less experienced team members. The Drywaller reports to the Lead Drywaller or Superintendent.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of drywall experience.
• Ability to travel to job sites as required.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Knowledge of construction site practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to determine proper tools and equipment for each task.
• Comfortable working in a high-intensity environment.
• Strong motivation, integrity, and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies, OSHA standards, and job site requirements.
• Perform drywall and carpentry work to high-quality and safety standards.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Inspect and operate aerial lifts, skid steers, and forklifts.
• Hang, tape, sand, and paint drywall efficiently.
• Unload, store, and stage materials for job site operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Perform demolition as needed.
• Complete additional related duties as assigned.
