About The Position

Handyman Connection of Parker is seeking experienced Craftsmen to serve the Douglas County area. We are looking for individuals skilled in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, electrical, or general home repairs who take pride in their work and value great customer experiences. As part of our team, you will perform residential handyman jobs and home improvements with a focus on quality and professionalism. You will accurately estimate labor and material costs, complete jobs with customer satisfaction in mind, and maintain strong communication with customers, office staff, and suppliers. Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe is essential, as is representing Handyman Connection as a trusted, courteous professional in every interaction.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in home improvement or remodeling
Reliable work vehicle and own tools
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
Must pass a background check
Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering a great customer experience
Comfortable using a smartphone and accessing mobile apps
Independent Contractor (1099) – Must carry general liability insurance (workers comp where required)
