Requirements
- Proven experience as a drywall taper/finisher
- Strong knowledge of taping, mudding, and sanding techniques
- Ability to work independently and with a crew
- Reliable transportation
- Solid work ethic and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Tape drywall seams and joints
- Apply multiple coats of compound
- Sand and finish surfaces to a smooth, paint-ready level
- Repair imperfections and ensure high-quality finishes
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
